The Academic Staff Union of university have been on strike for over 9 months now leaving many students at home idle. An idle man they say is the devil's work shop. Some have taken the time to learn a skill while majority are confused hoping to when the government universities is going to resume academic activities. Well hangout has found one which even functioned in the face of the COVID-19 lockdown. The National Open University of Nigeria, it's not a private university, it's a federal University recognize in Nigeria. It doesn't operate like the conventional university. It operate an ODL (Open and Distance Learning) system of learning. One is not limited to coming to a geographical location before he or she could be enrolled in the University.
